To remain an active participant in your assigned session and to be included in the CIES 2025 program, all participants must register by this date. Non-presenting authors who do not register by this deadline will be removed from the session and program listing. Unregistered presenting authors will be switched to a non-presenting role and will not be able to actively participate in the session. *Registration will remain open until the last day of CIES 2025. |
| Dec. 11, 2024 – Jan. 9, 2025 | Period for early bird registrations (CIES non-members and members with no role). |
| Jan. 15, 2025 | Deadline to request change of presentation mode. Virtual to onsite participation will result in an increase in registration fee. Onsite to virtual participation will result in a partial refund, if requested by the deadline. |
| Feb. 7, 2025 | Preliminary program posted online. |
| Feb. 17, 2025 | Deadline for reserving a hotel room with CIES special rates. |
| Feb. 22, 2025 | Registration refund requests. |
| Feb. 28, 2025 | Online Meeting Hub opens. |
