| Dec. 3, 2024 | Deadline for all participants with a role in the CIES 2025 program (except non-presenting authors); participants must join CIES or renew their membership and register for the conference. Registration remains open until the last day of CIES 2025 for those whose names are NOT listed in the Program. |
| Dec. 4, 2024 – Jan. 2, 2025 | Period for early bird registrations (CIES non-members and members with no role). |
| Jan. 15, 2025 | Deadline to request upgrade virtual to on-site participation or vice versa. |
| Feb. 17, 2025 | Deadline for reserving a hotel room with CIES special rates. |
