Conference Platform Banner ads - $995
Platform banner ads will be featured prominently on the CIES 2026 Conference HUB, offering maximum exposure before and during the conference. With a limited number of spots available—only 10 banner ads will be sold—this is a unique opportunity to ensure your organization stands out to a global audience of education leaders.
Conference Platform Banner ads (gif, jpg, jpeg, png or svg) should be at least 720 x 120 pixels for best results. 1260 x 210 or larger is recommended (ratio 6:1). An image resolution of at least 72 dpi is best.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Be a CIES Exhibitor!
Join us as an exhibitor at the CIES 70th Annual Meeting “Re-examining Education and Peace in a Divided World,” taking place March 28–April 1, 2026, at the Hilton San Francisco in San Francisco, CA. Our attendees come from across the United States and around the world to engage in this dynamic global gathering.
CIES 2026 will offer an on-site meeting in San Francisco, with virtual components to accommodate participants worldwide. For complete details, please visit our website: CIES 2026. We invite you to connect with our vibrant community—in person in San Francisco or virtually from anywhere in the world!
EXHIBIT SPACES will be at the Yosemite Room of the Hilton San Francisco. You will be given the option to select where you would like to be set up.
The exhibitor set-up includes:

- a six-foot covered table;
- two chairs;
- a small shared trash can;
- complimentary Wi-Fi; and
- name badges for your representatives stationed at your tables in the exhibit area.
Note: Up to three staff badges will be issued per exhibit table. Exhibitor badges do not substitute for CIES 2026 conference registration. If you are a conference participant/presenter, you must register. Staff badge names will be collected from exhibitors in early February.
Exhibitors will be listed on the CIES 2026 Online Conference Hub with a description of your organization, social media account(s), and link to the URL of your choice.
Booths are assigned on a first come first served basis.

Exhibitors who wish to add a virtual booth as well, will set up their booth in a user-friendly platform for display on the CIES 2026 Online Meeting Hub. An instruction guide is available for users, as well as IT support if necessary. The online exhibitor’s gallery will be available March 1-April 1, 2026. Exhibitors can customize their site by adding an unlimited number of books, videos, brochures, contact information, and photos. Exhibitors may update their space throughout the conference.

- Upgrade your virtual booth to “featured exhibitor” for an additional $250. Upgrading your virtual booth will position your organization in one of the top eight placements of the virtual exhibit hall. Virtual booths are arranged alphabetically on the conference Hub.
Materials drop off/shared table – $150
CIES will provide a drop off table for organizations who wish to drop off a limited number of print materials. This table is not “staffed” and does not qualify for complimentary registrations.

INSTITUTIONAL RECEPTIONS

As a CIES convention, institutions—including their units, such as a research center—are all welcome to sponsor and host institutional receptions at CIES 2026. CIES members and attendees from all over the world have enjoyed institutional receptions at our annual gatherings, and will again at CIES 2026.
