We are excited to announce our partnership with Jovie to offer subsidized childcare services at CIES 2025. Jovie is a licensed and insured provider of on-site childcare programs and will exclusively deliver childcare services to registered CIES 2025 attendees on a first-come, first-served basis.

Childcare services will be provided for children from 3 months to 13 years old in Salon 12, 3rd floor of the Palmer House.  Walk-ins are welcome, but can only be accommodated based on capacity.  Subsidized childcare is available at a cost of $8 per hour per child.

Jovie will use its standard check-in/check-out process for each event. Individual waivers will be provided by Jovie, which parents/guardians will be required to sign prior to receiving Child Care Services. Children will be released only to the parent/guardian who dropped them off. They must provide proper identification at drop-off and pick-up.

Children will engage in age-appropriate activities with child-safe supplies. Other equipment, such as small tables and chairs, a rocking chair, and a MamaRoo will be provided by Jovie. A DVD player will also be provided for movies.
