We are excited to announce our partnership with KiddieCorp to offer subsidized childcare services at CIES 2026. KiddieCorpis a licensed and insured provider of on-site childcare programs and will exclusively deliver childcare services to registered CIES 2026 attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. Walk-ins are welcome, but can only be accommodated based on capacity.

Childcare Location: Green Room, Grand Ballroom Level
Cost: Subsidized childcare is available at $8 per hour, per child (2 hour minimum per child, per day).

Childcare services will be provided for children from 6 months to 12 years old.

KiddieCorp will use its standard check-in/check-out process for each event. Individual waivers will be provided by KiddieCorp, which parents/guardians will be required to sign prior to receiving child care services. Children will be released only to the parent/guardian who dropped them off. They must provide proper identification at drop-off and pick-up.

Children will engage in age-appropriate activities. Activities include exciting themes, arts & crafts, group games, music & movement, board games, story time, dramatic play, etc. They tailor activities to suit each age group appropriately.

Water will be provided. Parents are responsible for snacks and meals. Parents may sign their child(ren) out to take them to lunch or drop off a meal at the program.  KiddieCorp’s program is nut-free. They kindly request that you refrain from bringing any snacks or meals containing nuts or nut products.
