GUEST ROOM RATES
The Guest Room Rates are quoted in US dollars by the Hilton and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, applicable service fees, and/or hotel-specific fees. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date of March 6, 2026 will be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rate.
Rates are per night, for both Standard King and Standard Double rooms:
Single Occupancy: $215.00
Double Occupancy: $215.00
Triple Occupancy: $235.00
Quadruple Occupancy: $255.00
Room Tax: A total of 17.70% in taxes will be applied to all room bookings.
Deposit Policy: When booking online, a one-night room and tax deposit is required at the time of reservation
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to arrival: No charge. The full deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival: A cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax will apply.
GETTING HERE
By Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART)
From SFO, take the Red-N or Yellow-N line and get off at Powell Street Station. Walk from Powell Station to the hotel. Use BART’s Trip Planner or Google Maps to plan your travel!
By Car
From SFO, take Highway 101 north and exit at 7th Street. Turn right on Folsom Street, then left on 5th Street. Cross Market Street and turn left on Ellis Street to Mason Street. Our garage entrance is on Ellis Street between Mason and Taylor Streets. Parking options and EV charging are also available at the hotel.
The discounted prices per vehicle are listed alongside the standard rates. Please note that the rate remains the same for both hotel guests and visitors, however only guests will have in and out privileges.

Guests utilizing self-parking and staying overnight must visit the front desk and let staff know they have a vehicle. Parking will then be activated on their room key. If anyone is driving in, and using the parking garage for they day, they will just pay upon their daily departure.
